Our policies

By subscribing to one of our plans, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time, you can do so through your account page or via email to rex@thedockcroc.com. If you would like to cancel your subscription prior to your first cleaning, you are eligible for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your subscription after your first monthly cleaning has been completed, the charge is non-refundable and your subscription will continue until the end of the month. We focus primarily on the interior and topside details during our cleanings, unless your plan specifies otherwise, in which case we will also clean the hull. We take photos and videos after every cleaning as proof of completion and to ensure customer satisfaction. We are not liable for any factors that may cause the boat to become dirty after our cleanings as it is out of our control. Your monthly rates are fixed once subscribed. If a change in pricing does occur, you will be notified via email and will be given the option to continue your subscription or cancel it.
